- Like other PO Exams, the SBI PO Prelims Exam contains three sections: English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.
- The SBI PO Prelims Exam 2023 contains 100 multiple-choice questions.
- The exam duration is 1 hour, with each section getting 20 minutes.
- The SBI PO Prelims is a qualifying exam, and the results do not alter the merit list.

- You will get 3 hours to finish the objective paper and 30 minutes to complete the descriptive paper.
- Objective Test: This part of the exam is of 3 hours and total marks is 200. Each section in the objective test will have its own allotted time.
- Descriptive Test: The descriptive test takes 30 minutes and consists of two questions, focusing on the English Language, including Letter Writing and Essay Writing.
- The exam’s objective section is divided into 4 sections: reasoning and computer aptitude, data analysis and interpretation, general/economic/banking awareness, and English language.
- In addition to the online test indicated above, there will be a descriptive paper with two questions.
