CREST Olympiads – All Exam Notification

One of Asia’s 2nd biggest Internationally held online examinations is CREST Olympiads. This examination is held for students from Prep/KG to classes 1 to 10 every year through online modes. The CREST Olympiad is conducted with the aim of enhancing the kids’ conceptual knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge.

Students from any country are eligible to take part in the examination. CREST Olympiads already have students from more than 25+ countries registered who participate in the examination.

Exam Pattern

The examination is generally conducted in two levels. For a few subjects, only conducted in 1 level. The syllabus for each level exam is mostly the same as the school syllabus but the difficulty level of questions is slightly increased and is especially focused on assessing the advanced level understanding of these concepts.

For students of classes Prep/KG and 1-2, the examination will be conducted only in one level. Whereas, there will be 2 levels for students of classes 3-10. The examination for CSB and CSBW for classes 1-8 will also be conducted in 2 levels.

CREST Olympiads is an examination held through online means covering the objective-type tests that should be completed in 60 minutes.

It consists of two sections – the practical section and the achiever’s section.

The examination covers topics and questions framed from the CBSE, ICSE and other state board syllabus.

CREST Olympiad is the only known platform that gives you access to 1 free trial test & 2 practice tests before the actual examination.

Since the mode of examination is online. Every candidate must have a laptop, desktop or tablet with a proper internet connection for participating in the examinations.

How to register for CREST Olympiads?

Students willing to participate in the examinations can register as an individual participant or through their respective schools.

Registration can be done both by schools and individuals for participating in CREST Olympiads.

CREST Olympiads have always encouraged more individual registration for participating in the examination.

A prospectus is sent to all schools that include registration forms and detailed information about the examination.

Schools that are not registered with CREST Olympiads can register individually, you just have to send an email to info@crestolympiads.com and you’ll receive the prospectus soon.

After students fill all their credentials in the registration form and submit them to the school authorities, schools must return the forms to CREST Olympiads.

Individual registration for CREST Olympiads can be done online.

Exam fee

CREST Olympiads registration fee for each subject is Rs. 225 for Indian students and for students studying and residing outside of India, the fee is USD $15.

CREST OLYMPIADS EXAM SCHEDULE

All the examinations of CREST Olympiads are held between 10 am to 7 pm IST as per the students’ slot. The schedule may change under exceptional circumstances.

CREST Olympiads enables students to select their own exam date, time and slot.

Awards

Student appearing for CREST Cyber and Reasoning Olympiad and students of classes 1 and 2 appearing for English, Science, and Mathematics Olympiad exams, the CREST Olympiad awards and recognition is as follows:

Merit certificates to all top 15% of students will be awarded.
Medal and merit certificate to the top 5% of students.
Overall top 3 students of classes 1 to 10 will be recognised with a merit certificate and the achiever’s trophy.
All participants will get a Digital certificate.

The CREST Olympiad awards and recognition offered to the students of classes 3-10 are as follows:

All the candidates that qualify for the 1st level are awarded a merit certificate.
All the top 10% candidates participating in level 2 will be awarded a medal and a merit certificate.
The top 3 students from each class are awarded the achiever’s trophy and a merit certificate.
Digital certification is also provided to every participant.
If a student meets two or more criteria, then they will qualify for a higher award.
