  2. If you give incorrect answers in the Objective tests, there will be a penalty. One-fourth of the marks allotted for that question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  3. There are no set minimum qualifying marks for individual subjects or for the overall score.
  4. The bank will shortlist a sufficient number of candidates in each category, typically about 10 times the number of vacancies, based on their total marks. This list will be arranged in descending order of scores.

SBI Clerk Mains Exam Pattern 2023:

  1. Each test has its own designated time limit, as mentioned earlier.
  2. In the objective tests, except for the General English test, questions will be provided in both English and Hindi. Additionally, if you answer a question incorrectly in the objective tests, a penalty applies. One-fourth of the marks allocated for that question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  3. Candidates must achieve a minimum percentage of aggregate marks, with a 5% relaxation available for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS candidates.
  4. The bank will determine the minimum qualifying marks for the aggregate score.
  5. There are no specified minimum qualifying marks for individual subjects.
  6. The merit list will be prepared on a state-wise and category-wise basis.
  7. Candidates who qualify in the main examination will be ranked according to their aggregate marks in descending order within their respective States and Categories.
